Smatrix Technology Pty Ltd was established in 2024 by two seasoned ICT professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Motivated by a shared vision to bridge the persistent gap between client needs and the complexities of IT solutions, Smatrix was founded to make technology simple, accessible, and empowering. Our Mission is to empower organisations with straightforward and effective technology solutions, fostering lasting partnerships built on trust and delivering exceptional value.

The name "SMARTIX" was carefully chosen to reflect this vision. The company is the result of more than four years of planning, with early discussions beginning in 2020, following the shifts brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
